摘要
智慧教育催生智慧课堂、个性化教学和个性化学习,智慧课堂的个性化教学实质是实现学生的个性化学习和个性化发展,智慧教育的根本目标是培养学生的创新思维和创新能力。理性审视智慧课堂-个性化教学-个性化学习的实践逻辑和实施路径发现,个性化教学落地和个性化学习实现之关键,是如何基于智慧课堂开发设计出科学的个性化教学方案。据此,文章在定义智慧课堂和个性化教学概念,界定和论述教学方案设计的前导组织和辅助策略--教学构架的概念、功能和结构要素基础上,建构和诠释了个性化教学设计模型和流程,提出了个性化教学实施要求和策略,为智慧课堂的个性化教学落地提供可资参考的方案、流程和策略建议。
Smart education gives birth to smart classrooms,individualizel teaching and learning.The essence of individualized teaching in smart classrooms is to realize the individualized learning and development of students,while the fundamental goal of smart education is to cultivate students’innovative thinking and innovative ability.A rational review of the practical logic and implementation path of the smart classroom-individualized teaching-individualized learning reveals that the key to the implementation of individualized teaching and learning is how to develop and design a scientific individualized teaching program based on the smart classroom.Therefore,based on the definition of the smart classroom and individualized teaching as well as the determination and discussion of the preliminary organization and supportive strategies for the teaching plan design-the concept,functions and structural elements of the teaching framework,this paper constructs and interprets the individualized teaching design model and process,puts forward the implementation requirements and strategies for individualized teaching,and provides some referable proposals,processes and countermeasures for the individualized teaching in smart classrooms.
