摘要 在城市核心区深基坑施工过程中,由于重要社会活动、春节、重大交通管制等原因,容易造成基坑底板封闭时间超时,进而对周边环境与基坑安全产生严重影响。针对上述问题,在上海市某地下4层深基坑分坑施工过程中,采用了一种在基坑内设置肋墙换撑的施工技术,在Ⅰ区分坑施工至地下室中楼板后,提前开挖相邻Ⅱ区分坑的2层土方,使得相邻分坑的底板封闭时间与春节错开,满足了保护周边环境及压缩工期的要求。 During the deep foundation pit construction in urban core area, due to important social activities, Spring Festival, major traffic control and other reasons, it is easy to cause the foundation pit floor closing time to exceed, which will have a serious impact on the surrounding environment and the safety of the foundation pit. In view of the above problems, in the process of pit division construction of a 4-story underground deep foundation pit in Shanghai, a construction technology of setting rib wall in the foundation pit to replace support is adopted. After the construction of division I pit to the middle floor in the basement, two layers of earthwork of the adjacent division II pit are excavated in advance, so that the closing time of the floor of the adjacent divisions is staggered with the Spring Festival, which meets the requirements of protecting the surrounding environment and shortening the construction period.
