大型摩擦摆式支座高精度安装关键技术

摘要 摩擦摆式支座配合黏滞阻尼器,能够达到较为理想的减震、隔震效果。结合重庆来福士项目26个摩擦摆式支座的安装实践,对传统的摩擦支座安装工艺进行了优化。通过金属套管辅助预埋、安装螺栓辅助调平、限位钢板保证支座稳定等创新措施,所有支座均一次性安装就位,精度、质量等均满足设计要求,为类似的安装工程积累了成功经验。 The friction pendulum bearings combined with viscous damper can achieve ideal effect of shock absorption and isolation. Combined with the installation practice of 26 friction pendulum bearings in Chongqing Raffles project, the traditional installation process of friction bearings is optimized. Through the innovative measures such as auxiliary embedment of metal sleeves, auxiliary leveling of installation bolts, and stability of bearing by limiting steel plates, all bearings are installed in place at one time, and the accuracy and quality meet the design requirements, which accumulates successful experience for similar installation projects.
