高层住宅工程复合木模板周转率的提升措施

摘要 木模板散拼工艺作为建筑施工过程中常用的传统工艺,具有工艺成熟、可随意切割、操作简便等优点,但同时也存在周转及裁切后易发生变形、周转率降低、影响混凝土成形质量等缺点。通过原材料对比选型,使用模板周转方案和模板配模图等技术管控措施,可以有效提高复合木模板周转率,降低施工成本,提升成形质量。 To solve the problems of turnover of wood formworks and easy deformation after cutting, reduction of turnover rate and influence of concrete forming quality, etc, the turnover rate of composite wood formworks is effectively improved, the construction cost is reduced, the forming quality of concrete is improved, and the good construction effect is obtained through the comparison and selection of raw materials, the use of technical control measures such as the turnover scheme of formworks and the arrangement diagrams, which can provide a reference for the formwork construction of high-rise residential engineering.
