摘要 为避免传统铝模脱模剂使用过程中的缺点,研制了一种用于铝合金模板的新型环保树脂脱保一体剂和与之配套的高效施工技术。经工程应用验证,脱保一体剂喷涂一次可使铝合金模板连续周转使用20次,且拆模后铝模板表面免清理,从而提高了铝模板周转次数,保证了混凝土成形质量。 To avoid the shortcomings of the traditional aluminum formwork release agent in the use process, a new kind of environmental protection resin release agent for aluminum alloy formwork and its matching efficient construction technology are developed. It is verified by engineering application that one time spraying of such release agent can make aluminum alloy formwork continuously reused for 20 times, and the surface of aluminum formwork is free of cleaning after formwork removal. It improves the turnover times of aluminum formwork and ensures the forming quality of concrete.
