摘要
为研究邻近既有高铁隧道的新建隧道施工技术,以上跨既有高铁隧道的浙江余姚草籽岗隧道施工为研究对象,采用了悬臂掘进机对隧道进行机械开挖。采用掌子面分区域开挖、喷淋除尘系统及激光指向装置等措施,避免了爆破振动的产生,有效控制了粉尘,防止了隧道超挖,取得了良好的施工效果,可以在类似隧道中推广应用。
To study the construction technology of the new tunnel adjacent to the existing high speed railway tunnel, and taking the Caozigang tunnel in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, which spans the existing high-speed railway tunnel, as the research object, the cantilever tunnel boring machine is used to carry out the mechanical excavation of the tunnel. The measures such as regional excavation on the tunnel face, the spraying and dedusting system and the laser alignment device are adopted to avoid the blasting vibration, effectively control the dust, prevent the tunnel overexcavation, and obtain a good construction effect, which can be popularized and applied in similar tunnels.
