摘要 西安市北辰大道主线落地平行匝道桥快速化改造过程中,为加快施工进度,采用了钢箱梁结构进行施工。针对该工程面临的钢箱梁自重大、桥面跨度大、工期紧以及施工作业面邻近330 kV高压电塔等问题,制定了专项施工方案,解决了钢箱梁制作安装、临时支架设计、高压电塔处施工处理等过程中的难点,取得了良好的改造效果,亦为类似项目积累了经验。 To speed up the construction progress, the steel box girder structure is used in the rapid reconstruction of the parallel ramp bridge on the main line of Beichen Avenue in Xi’an. In view of the problems of the project, such as the large dead-weight of the steel box girder, the large span of the bridge deck, the tight construction period, and the construction working face adjacent to the 330 kV high-voltage tower, a special construction scheme is formulated to solve the difficulties in the process of the production and installation of the steel box girder, the design of temporary support, and the construction treatment at the high-voltage tower. Good results are achieved and the experience is accumulated for similar projects.
