SBR改性乳化沥青的制备及其快干性研究 被引量:4

摘要 沥青结合料是影响路面沥青混合料性能的重要因素之一。为获得性能优良的沥青结合料,本研究采用CMK-50型乳化剂、JR65型SBR胶乳对70~#基质沥青进行先乳化后改性,制取了SBR改性乳化沥青,并采用沥青三大指标及储存稳定性对改性乳化沥青性能进行了系统评价。研究得出:SBR改性乳化沥青具有良好的温感性、黏聚性和储存稳定性,可广泛应用于沥青混合料的制备中。通过电镜扫描(SEM)对普通硅酸盐水泥乳化沥青浆体的表观形貌进行了研究,结果表明:4%水泥掺量的SBR改性乳化沥青浆体具有最佳的密实立体网状结构,形成的混合料强度最佳,从而具有最好的快干效果。 Asphalt binder is one of the important factors affecting the performance of pavement asphalt mixture.In order to obtain asphalt binder with excellent performance,CMK-50 emulsifier and JR65 SBR latex were used to emulsify and modify 70#asphalt matrix,and SBR modified emulsified asphalt was obtained,and the performance of modified emulsified asphalt was evaluated by three indexes of asphalt and storage stability.It is concluded that SBR modified emulsified asphalt has good temperature sensitivity,cohesiveness and storage stability,which can be widely used in the preparation of asphalt mixture.The apparent morphology of ordinary Portland cement emulsified asphalt slurry was studied by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM).The results show that SBR modified emulsified asphalt slurry containing 4%cement has the best dense three-dimensional network structure,and the resulting mixture has the best intensity,thus having the best quick-drying effect.
