摘要
老年教育作为终身教育的"最后一公里",是积极应对老龄化社会挑战的重要战略举措之一。江苏省老年教育的发展大致经历了起步期、发展期、完善期三个阶段,这一历程中政府采取了探索养教联动新模式、完善组织体系、探索学习机制、丰富学习资源等一系列科学有效的措施助推老年教育发展,虽已显成效,但也出现诸如民众意识淡薄、区域发展不均衡、师资队伍匮乏、课程体系不成熟等难题。未来需加强宣传,增强高龄者学习意识及能力;加大改革力度和投入,均衡资源配置;加强师资建设,提升教育质量;突出层次与需求,完善课程体系。
As the"last mile"of life-long education,elderly education is one of the important strategic measures to actively deal with the challenges of"aging".The development of the education in Jiangsu Province may roughly be broken down into three stages:the initial period,the development period and the perfection period.During the course,the government has taken a series of scientific and effective measures to promote the rapid development of the education,including exploring the new mode of connection between the provision and education,perfecting the organizational system,exploring the learning mechanism and enriching learning resources.Though somewhat successful,there are still remaining problems,e.g.,the indifferent public consciousness,the uneven regional development,the inadequate teaching staff,the developing curriculum system.To address these issues,this paper comes up with some constructive opinions and countermeasures.
