摘要
“双师型”教师队伍是提高中职院校教学质量的关键。本文首先阐述了“双师型”这一概念和当前中职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设存在的问题,然后提出了培养中职院校“双师型”师资的可能路径,包括拓宽“双师型”引进渠道、加大政府扶持力度、以校企合作为抓手展开多种形式培训、健全科学的评价体系。
"Double-position"teachers play a key role in improving the teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.This paper elaborates on the concept of"double-position"and the issues regarding the construction of"double-position"teachers in secondary vocational schools.Next,it proposes possible paths of training"double-position"teachers,including the expansion of the channels of introducing"double-position"teachers,the enhanced government support,the school-enterprise cooperation,the various forms of training,the complete and scientific evaluation system,and the better incentives.
