摘要
我国的班主任制度源于前苏联,在发展的过程中逐渐脱离源头,现已成为中国学校教育制度中最具特色的制度之一[1]。在新课改背景下,学生观的转变、教师观的转变、教学观的转变以及学习方式的转变都得到了前所未有的重视,但却少有涉及班主任角色转变的相关讨论与研究。班级是学校教育教学的基本单位,班主任作为班级中的核心人物,对新课改的成功与否起着关键作用。为保障新课程的顺利实施和每一位学生的全面发展,我们必须对新课改背景下的中小学班主任角色进行重新定位,保证班主任为中国基础教育事业做出更大贡献。
China's class teacher system originated from the former Soviet Union,and has gradually separated from its source in development,and has now become one of the most distinctive systems in China's school education system.In the context of the new curriculum reform,changes in the views of students,teachers and teaching,we well as changes in learning styles have been raised to unprecedented levels of attention,but there are few related discussions and studies involving the role change of class teachers.The class is the basic unit of school education and teaching,and the class teacher,as the core person in the class,obviously plays a key role in the success of the new curriculum reform.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new curriculum and the comprehensive development of each student,we must reposition the role of class teachers in the context of the new curriculum reform,so that they can make greater contributions to China's basic education.
