阴离子型单组分水性聚氨酯的合成与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着环境污染、能源危机等问题日益严重,人们对环境保护不断重视,研发出绿色环保的新型材料亟待解决,而水性涂料、粘合剂等绿色高分子材料如今已是此类材料中的热点。水性聚氨酯材料作为一种新型的水性涂料,由于其具有环境好,较好的柔韧性、耐磨性、耐候性以及可低温成膜和室温固化等特性,被广泛应用于日常生活和工业生产各领域,逐步替代溶剂型聚氨酯成为新型高分子材料。以TDI、DMPA、PC-1000、TMP为原料合成出一种阴离子型单组分水性聚氨酯,并对该材料进行多项表征测试和性能测试。经过测试分析,这种水性聚氨酯材料表现出良好的热力学性能和力学性能。其中,该材料的玻璃化转变温度为49℃,储能模量为565 MPa,拉伸强度为9.72 MPa,断裂伸长率为300.08%。 With the challenge of the environmental pollution increasing seriously,human have paid more attention to the environmental protection,it was need to be solved urgently that developing the new green and environmental protection materials,while green polymer material was one of the hotspot in these materials,such as water-based coating,adhesive and so on.Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)materials were widely applied in many fields of daily life and industrial manufacture due to its environment friendly,flexibility,wear resistance,weather ability and the character of film forming in low temperature and curing in room temperature.Waterborne polyurethane as a new polymer materials has been taking the place of solvent-based polyurethane materials gradually.Herein,an anionic one-component waterborne polyurethane material was synthesized taking TDI,DMPA,PC-1000 and TMP as raw materials and some characterization and performance test were done.The results showed that this material exhibited the good thermodynamic property and mechanical property by characterized and tested.The glass-transition temperature was 49℃,storage modulus reached 565 MPa,tensile strength achieved 9.72 MPa and breaking elongation was 300.08%.
