摘要
主要对医用镁合金材料的应用进行探究式试验,采用Zr元素作为主要合金化材料,它不仅能够细化合金晶粒,对基体点位也有明显的提高作用;另外,它还能够降低电偶的腐蚀。针对Mg-Zn-Y-Ca-Zr合金结构中Zr含量的变化进行探究,通过多种试验进行分析。主要包括XRD、OM、SEM、电化学原理、失重试验以及析氢试验对合金内部的显微特征、组织特性以及腐蚀能力进行深层次探究。结果显示,在合金的应用中,适当添加Zr元素有助于增加镁合金基体电位。这种状态下,镁合金材料的电偶发生腐蚀的情况会大大降低。对于Mg-Zn-Y-Ca-Zr合金中Zr的含量进行了多项分析,探讨了Zr含量与性能之间的关系,最终可知,Mg-Zn-Y-Ca-Zr的合金研究对医学材料的开发有着积极的作用。
The application of medical magnesium alloy materials was mainly studied.Zr element was used as the main alloying material.It can not only refine the alloy grain,but also can improve the matrix point position.In addition,it can also reduce the corrosion of galvanic couple.The change of Zr content in the structure of Mg-Zn-Y-Ca-Zr alloy was studied and analyzed through a variety of experiments.It mainly included XRD,OM,SEM,electrochemical principle,weight-loss experiment and hydrogen evolution experiment to deeply explore the microstructure,microstructure and corrosion ability of the alloy.The results showed that the proper addition of Zr element was helpful to increase the matrix potential of magnesium alloy.In this state,the galvanic couple corrosion of magnesium alloy material will be greatly reduced.The content of Zr in Mg-Zn-Y-Ca-Zr alloy was analyzed,and the relationship between Zr content and properties was discussed.Finally,it can be seen that the alloy research of Mg-Zn-Y-Ca-Zr had a positive effect on the development of medical materials.
