含CO2油田采出水中X80管线钢腐蚀特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了X80管线钢在含CO2油田采出水中的腐蚀性能。对X80管线钢进行腐蚀模拟,流速组试验在磁力搅拌釜中进行,温度组试验在水浴锅中进行。在固定压力0.5 MPa下,分别在流速0、0.2、0.4和0.6 m/s下进行开路电位、极化曲线和阻抗的试验,通过SEM和EDS观察腐蚀形貌和分析腐蚀产物。试验结果表明,同温度下,X80的耐腐蚀性随流速的增大而增大;同流速下,X80的耐蚀性随温度的升高而降低。对X80管线钢在含CO 2油田采出水中的腐蚀性能、腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物等进行了较为全面的分析,所得数据真实可靠,为X80管线钢防腐保护提供了依据。 The corrosion properties of X80 pipeline steel in produced water of CO2 oil field were studied.The corrosion simulation of X80 pipeline steel was done.The flow rate group experiment was carried out in a magnetic stirring kettle and the temperature group experiment was carried out in a water bath pot.The open-circuit potential,polarization curve and impedance were tested at the fixed pressure of 0.5 MPa at the flow velocities of 0,0.2,0.4 and 0.6 m/s,respectively.The corrosion morphology and products were observed by SEM and EDS.The results showed that at the same temperature,corrosion resistance of X80 increased with the increasing of flow rate in the range of experimental flow rate.At the same flow rate,the corrosion resistance of X80 decreased with the increasing of temperature.The X80 pipeline steel’s corrosion performance,corrosion morphology and corrosion products in produced water of CO2 oil field were conducted a comprehensive analysis.The resulting data were reliable,and can provide a further basis for the protection of X80 pipeline steel against corrosion.
