基于装配线的压机工位同轴度测量方法及装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 压机是变速箱装配线生产中常见的设备,其与压装托盘之间的同轴度是重要参数,直接影响变速箱总成的质量和成本。为了保证装配中的压装精度,含有压机的工位将周期性进行同轴度的精度检测与标定。但压机的型号众多,与其配合安装的压杆尺寸又多变,每个工位都需要独立的测量工装,且测量时需手动转动工装完成打表,造成了测量的高成本、操作的复杂性和结果的不一致性。针对上述问题,总结了压机工位上电缸与托盘之间测量同轴度的“6点”方法,以此设计了一种适用于不同尺寸压机的柔性测量装置。采用矩形螺纹与三爪配合同步进给,旋转锥齿轮实现夹紧放松,将表架安装于其上后转动行星轮系实现旋转打表;并申请了实用新型专利,为今后装配线设备的设计与维护提供了参考。 The press was the common equipment in gearbox assembly line.The coaxiality between press and press tray was an important parameter,which directly affected the quality and cost of gearbox assembly.In order to ensure the precision of press mounting,the station containing press would periodically test and calibrate the coaxiality precision.However,there were many types of press,and the size of the press rod installed with it was also variable,each station needed an independent measuring tool,and it needed to manually rotate the tool to complete the marking,which resulted in high cost of measurement,complexity of operation and inconsistency of results.In view of the above problems,six points method of measuring coaxiality between the electric cylinder and the tray on the press station was summarized,and a flexible measuring device suitable for different sizes of press was designed based on this method.The rectangular thread and three claws were used for synchronous feeding,the rotating bevel gear was used for clamping and releasing,the table frame was installed on it and the rotating planetary gear system was used for rotary table printing,and a utility model patent was applied,which provided a reference for the design and maintenance of assembly line equipment in the future.
