摘要
目前汽车后备箱的性能设计主要通过反复试验验证来进行,开发成本高、周期长。文章通过建立精确的理论数学模型计算摩擦下四连杆的受力情况,利用微积分原理并借助Excel对后备箱开关特性进行仿真分析,通过试验验证仿真的有效性,为在设计阶段快速准确地进行后备箱性能设计提供了有效工具。
At present,the performance design of automobile decklid is mainly carried out through repeated test verification,which has high development cost and a long period.In this paper,the force of four connecting rods under friction is calculated by establishing an accurate theoretical mathematical model,and the switching characteristics of decklid are simulated and analyzed by using calculus principle and Excel.The validity of simulation is verified by test,so that the simulation can be carried out quickly,and an effective tool is provided in the design stage to design the decklid accurately.
