摘要
文章论述了汽车轻量化设计的主要技术措施,利用对某轻型商用车车架进行的轻量化设计改进实例来验证此技术措施的合理性。利用有限元分析软件对某轻型商用车车架进行了建模,而后对车架疲劳寿命进行了数值模拟分析;通过台架试验和道路试验验证了车架轻量化设计的合理性和正确性。
In this paper,the main technical measures of automobile lightweight design is discussed and an example of lightweight design improvements to a light commercial vehicle frame is used to verify the rationality of this technical measure.The finite element analysis software is used to model a light commercial vehicle frame,and then the fatigue life of the frame is numerically analyzed.The rationality and correctness of the lightweight design of the frame is verified by bench tests and road tests.
