摘要 行人下肢是人车碰撞事故中最容易受到伤害的部位,ECE法规、NCAP评价规程等均采用行人下肢碰撞模块Flex-PLI撞击车辆保险杠的方法进行车辆的行人下肢保护性能评价。文章介绍了行人下肢损伤机理、Flex-PLI碰撞模块的结构特点以及NCAP评价方法,建立概念模型,分析了车辆前端结构参数对于FlexPLI伤害值的影响,并根据结构参数敏感性提出了行人下肢保护的设计要点。在此基础上,基于上汽某车型实现了一种减重、降本的集成式行人下肢保护结构,经济效益增加明显。 Pedestrian lower leg is the most vulnerable part in the vehicle-pedestrian collision accident.ECE regulation and NCAP adopt the method of pedestrian lower leg impactor Flex-PLI impacting vehicle bumper to evaluate the lower leg protection performance of vehicle.In this paper,the mechanism of pedestrian lower leg injury,the structural characteristics of Flex-PLI and NCAP assessment method are introduced.A conceptual model is built to analyze the influence of structural parameters of vehicle front end on Flex-PLI injury value,and the key points of pedestrian lower leg protection design according to the sensitivity of these parameters are provided.On this basis,an integrated pedestrian lower leg protection structure with weight and cost reduction is realized based on a vehicle model of SAIC,with obvious economic benefits.
