摘要
仪表板中央悬浮屏幕是近年来汽车内饰造型的流行趋势之一,但越来越大的屏幕一定程度上占据了副驾驶气囊展开后的空间,甚至成为气囊展开路径上的障碍物,所以其与副驾驶安全气囊的空间布置匹配关系必须受到足够的重视。文章采用基于FPM粒子法的副驾驶气囊仿真模型,以某SUV车型中期改款时引进的新悬浮屏幕设计为例,对"气囊-悬浮屏幕"之间的空间布置相对关系展开仿真研究,在仪表板造型早期及时发现悬浮屏幕阻碍气囊展开和气囊展开时过分挤压悬浮屏幕等潜在问题并进行优化,为今后类似项目的开发提供了一种可借鉴的研究方法。
Freestanding screen on the instrument panel is now a popular trend in the automotive interior design.However,the space for the deployed passenger airbag will be taken up by the big screen,even becomes the obstacle during the deployment.The layout arrangement for freestanding screen and airbag model should be seriously considered.In this paper,airbag deployment simulation is used to find out the potential risks in a SUV facelift project based on the Finite Point Method.The freestanding screen could block the airbag deployment or the airbag fabric could push too hard for the screen.Optimization measurements are applied in the early stage of the cockpit development.A practical research method for"airbag-freestanding screen"problem is provided for future development.
