拉杆作为发动机预装架的支撑转接的重要部件,在发动机预装过程中起到重要的作用,而拉杆的球窝转接头为其主要的连接、回转部分,其加工质量直接影响预装架的装配效果。文章针对拉杆球窝转接部分的技术要求,对球窝的传统机械成型加工工艺方式进行分析,结合生产实际情况、具体的零件状态,反复试验,确定了合适的机械加工方式,总结出新的机械加工方法,确保加工出符合设计技术要求的拉杆球窝部件。

As an important part of the support and transfer of the engine preassembly frame,the tie rod plays an important role in the engine preassembly process,while the ball and socket adapter of the tie rod is the main connection and rotating part,and its processing quality directly affects the assembly effect of the preassembly frame.The article analyzes the traditional mechanical forming and processing methods of the ball and socket according to the technical requirements of the connecting part of the tie-ball ball and socket.In combination with the practical situation of production,the specific parts status,trial and error,the paper formulated the suitable way of mechanical processing,summed up the new mechanical processing method to ensure that work out linkage parts to meet the requir ements of design technology.
