Study on the applicability of pedestrian stereo crossing facilities

分析交通法中关于机动车、非机动车和行人之间的通行规则以及人行立体过街设施设置规范约束条件,提出在遵守通行规则的前提下,非机动车和行人可实现平面安全过街,并以杭州为例证明了斑马线前车可以让人养成文明出行习惯,实现安全过街。

This paper analyzes the traffic rules between motor vehicles,non-motor vehicles,and pedestrians,and set the standard constraint conditions for pedestrian three-dimensional street crossing facilities.It is proposed that non-motor vehicles and pedestrians can achieve safe crossstreets on the premise of observing the traffic rules.Hangzhou as an example shows that the car in front of the zebra crossing can let people develop a habit of civilized travel and achieve safe crossing.
