Monitoring on the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Xuchang in 2018

目的了解许昌市区各级医疗机构消毒质量,为加强消毒质量监督和管理,预防控制医院感染提供依据。方法通过现场抽样检测方法,对许昌市区医疗机构消毒质量进行监测。结果共采样336份,合格333份,合格率99.11%。各级医疗机构中,三级医疗机构合格率为100.00%,二级医疗机构合格率为99.05%,一级医疗机构合格率为98.41%。物体表面、手、空气和灭菌器合格率均为100.00%,消毒剂合格率为98.46%,紫外线灯合格率为94.59%。不同级别医疗机构紫外线灯的合格率差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论许昌市区各级医疗机构消毒质量整体较好,但仍然存在部分问题,特别是消毒剂和空气需要进一步加强消毒监测和管理工作。

Objective To study the disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in urban areas of Xuchang city,and to provide basis for strengthening the supervision and management of disinfection quality and preventing and controlling hospital infection.Methods The disinfection quality of some medical institutions in urban areas of Xuchang city was monitored by spot sampling method.Results A total of 336 samples were collected,and 333 were qualified,with a qualified rate of 99.11%.Among all levels of medical institutions,the qualified rate of tertiary medical institutions was 100.00%,that of secondary medical institutions was 99.05%,and that of primary medical institutions was 98.41%.The qualified rate of object surface,hand,air and sterilizer were 100.00%,that of disinfectant was 98.46%,and that of ultraviolet lamp was 94.59%.There was statistically significant difference in the pass rate of ultraviolet lamps in different levels of medical institutions(P=0.032).Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in urban areas of Xuchang city is relatively good,but there are still some problems,Especially the disinfection monitoring and management of disinfectants and air need to further strengthened.
