摘要
为深入贯彻新工科人才培养目标,构建多主体管理协同机制。本文从新工科内涵、多主体管理协同机制类别、社会发展的人才结构角度,探索新工科人才培养多主体管理协同机制的路径、力求从新工科协同教育创新改革,进一步落实新工程教育目标。
In order to thoroughly implement the training objectives of new engineering talents,we will build a multi-agent management coordination mechanism.This paper explores the path of multi-agent management synergy mechanism for new engineering talents training from the perspective of new engineering connotation,multi-agent management coordination mechanism and social development talent structure,and strives to reform the new engineering collaborative education innovation to further implement the new engineering education goals.
