基于合作精神培养的高校国防教育研究

Research on National Defense Education in Colleges and Universities Based on Cooperative Spirit

本文首先分析了当代大学生合作精神现状,指出了存在的具体问题,并论述了培养大学生合作精神的必要性,进而从理论、实践、评价、文化等不同维度,对高校国防教育提出了有效建议。以期充分利用国防教育的育人功能,通过渗透、加强、夯实及熏陶来全面提高大学生的合作意识,培养他们吃苦耐劳、坚持不懈的优秀品质,让广大学生在集体合作中不断成长、不断进步,真正实现个人价值,真正成为社会和国家建设所需人才。

Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of College Students'cooperative spirit,points out the specific problems existing,and discusses the necessity of Cultivating College Students'cooperative spirit.Then,from different dimensions of theory,practice,evaluation and culture,it puts forward effective suggestions for national defense education in Colleges and universities.In order to make full use of the education function of national defense education,through infiltration,strengthening,consolidation and edification to comprehensively improve the cooperative consciousness of College students,cultivate their excellent quality of hard work and perseverance,so that the vast number of students in collective cooperation continue to grow and progress,truly realize their personal value,and truly become the talents needed for social and national construction.
