摘要
随着社会老龄化的不断加重,家庭照顾功能的弱化及养老机构的不足,使我国老年人照顾的供给和需求存在矛盾,引起许多老年照顾问题。本文对国内老人的照顾需求现状进行归纳,为实现照顾老人生活工作提供一定的参考,以期能够明确老人照顾需求,给予老人最合适的服务模式。
With the increasing aging of society,the weakening of family care function and the shortage of pension institutions,there are contradictions between the supply and demand of care for the elderly in China,which cause many problems of care for the elderly.This paper summarizes the current situation of the care needs of the elderly in China,and provides some reference for the realization of work of caring for the elderly,so as to clarify the care needs of the elderly and provide the most appropriate service mode for the elderly.
