双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻患儿的效果观察

Observation on the effect of bifidobacterium triple living tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with diarrhea

目的:探讨双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻患儿的效果。方法:2017年4月-2018年4月收治腹泻患儿152例,随机分为两组,各76例。对照组使用蒙脱石散治疗;观察组使用双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,排便次数正常时间、大便性状正常时间、退热时间、治疗时间均显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后炎性因子及免疫因子指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻患儿效果显著,能有效缩短症状缓解时间,抑制炎性因子水平,调节机体免疫功能。

Objective:To investigate the effect of bifidobacterium triple living tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2018,152 children with diarrhea were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple living tablets combined with montmorillonite powder.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the time of defecation times return to normal,the time of stool traits return to normal,antipyretic time and treatment time were all significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicator levels of inflammatory factors and immune factors in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple living tablets combined with montmorillonite powder is effective in treating children with diarrhea,it can effectively shorten the time of symptom relief,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,regulate the immune function of the body.
