阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者服用奥氮平引起的代谢综合征的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of aripiprazole on metabolic syndrome caused by olanzapine in female schizophrenics

目的:探究阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者服用奥氮平引起的代谢综合征的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年2月收治精神分裂症患者122例,应用奥氮平治疗后均发生代谢综合征,分为两组,各61例。常规组使用奥氮平治疗;试验组加用阿立哌唑治疗。比较两组患者的机体多项指标、症状评分与生活质量评分。结果:试验组治疗后体重指数、空腹血糖、甘油三酯水平均优于常规组。试验组治疗后症状评分明显优于常规组。试验组治疗后生活质量评分明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:服用奥氮平引起代谢综合征的精神分裂症患者联合阿立哌唑治疗,可有效抑制代谢综合征,缓解临床症状,提升生活质量,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole on metabolic syndrome caused by olanzapine in female schizophrenic.Methods:122 schizophrenics were selected from January 2017 to February 2019,olanzapine was used to treat metabolic syndrome,they were divided into the two groups with 61 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with olanzapine,the experimental group was treated with aripiprazole on the basis of olanzapine.We compared multiple body indicators,symptom scores and quality of life between the two groups.Results:The body mass index,fasting blood glucose and triglyceride levels in the experimental group were all better than those in the conventional group after treatment.The symptom score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group.The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For schizophrenia patients with metabolic syndrome caused by olanzapine,aripiprazole treatment can effectively improve the metabolic syndrome,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and the treatment effect is significant.
