妇科腹腔镜手术中瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的应用研究

Application of total intravenous anesthesia of remifentanil and sufentanil in gynecological Laparoscopic surgery

目的:研究妇科腹腔镜手术中瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的应用效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年4月行腹腔镜手术妇科患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组给予舒芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉;观察组给予瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉。比较两组临床各项指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组麻醉诱导后及手术后动脉压、心率水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时长、苏醒时间、拔管时间、术后排气时间及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科腹腔镜手术中瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉的效果更佳,安全性更高。

Objective:To study the effect of total intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil and sufentanil in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:40 gynecological patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given sufentanil total intravenous anesthesia,and the observation group was given remifentanil total intravenous anesthesia.The levels of clinical indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of arterial pressure and heart rate after anesthesia induction and operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,awakening time,extubation time,postoperative exhaust time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Total intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil is more effective and safe in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
