奥拉西坦联合长春西汀治疗老年脑梗死后患者轻度认知功能障碍

Oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的:研究奥拉西坦联合长春西汀治疗老年脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:2016年1月-2018年12月收治老年脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍患者68例,随机分为两组。各34例。观察组采用奥拉西坦联合长春西汀注射液治疗;对照组单用长春西汀注射液治疗。比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及治疗后蒙特利尔认知功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奥拉西坦联合长春西汀治疗老年脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍的临床疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of oxiracetam combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction in the elderly.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,68 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 34 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with olacetam and vinpocetine injection.The control group was treated with vinpocetine injection alone.We compared the efficacy and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and cognitive function score of Montreal in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Olacetam combined with vinpocetine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in the elderly after cerebral infarction,with few adverse reactions.
