支撑喉镜下喉显微手术并发症的原因及防治

Causes and prevention and cure of complications of laryngeal microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope

目的:探究导致支撑喉镜下喉显微手术并发症出现的原因及防治措施。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年5月行支撑喉镜下喉显微手术患者40例,分析导致并发症出现的原因,同时采取有效的防治对策。结果:40例患者中,出现颈部皮下气肿2例(5.0%),牙齿松动3例(7.5%),咽部黏膜擦伤瘀血6例(15.0%);导致支撑喉镜下喉显微手术并发症的主要原因包括术者操作水平、手术期间患者手术体位、患者肌肉松弛状态及麻醉师的麻醉水平等。结论:导致支撑喉镜下喉显微手术并发症出现的原因较为复杂,为降低手术并发症发生率,需要采取有效的防治措施。

Objective:To explore the causes and prevention and cure of complications of laryngeal microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope.Methods:From January 2017 to May 2019,40 patients with laryngeal microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope were selected,we analyzed the causes of complications and adopted effective prevention and control measures.Results:Among 40 patients,2 cases(5.0%)had subcutaneous emphysema,3 cases(7.5%)had loose teeth,and 6 cases(15.0%)had bruises and blood stasis of pharyngeal mucosa;The main causes of complications of laryngeal microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope included the operation level of the operator,the operation position of the patient during the operation,the muscle relaxation state of the patient and the anesthesia level of the anesthesiologist.Conclusion:The causes of complications of laryngeal microsurgery under self-retaining laryngoscope are complicated,in order to reduce the incidence of surgical complications,we need to take effective preventive measures.
