地屈孕酮片治疗原因不明复发性流产患者的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of didroxyprogesterone tablets on patients with unexplained recurrent abortion

目的:分析地屈孕酮片治疗原因不明复发性流产患者的疗效。方法:2017年7月-2018年7月收治原因不明复发性流产患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用黄体酮注射液;观察组采用地屈孕酮片。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组各项血清指标变化情况均显著优于对照组,观察组流产率与妊娠成功率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于原因不明复发性流产患者而言,地屈孕酮片具有较佳的治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of didroxyprogesterone in the treatment of unexplained recurrent abortion.Methods:80 patients with unexplained recurrent abortion were selcted from July 2017 to July 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was injected with progesterone.The observation group was treated with didroxyprogesterone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The changes of serum indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the abortion rate and pregnancy success rate were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with unexplained recurrent abortion,didroxyprogesterone tablets has better therapeutic effect.
