甲氨蝶呤配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床分析32例

Clinical analysis of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of 32 patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法:2018年3-5月收治行保守治疗的异位妊娠患者32例,采用甲氨蝶呤配合米非司酮治疗,观察临床效果。结果:纳入患者成功率为87.5%,不良反应发生率为20.2%,给予对症处理后好转。结论:甲氨蝶呤配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠安全有效。

Objective:To explore the effect of methotrexate combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:32 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated conservatively were selected from March to May 2009,they were treated with methotrexate and mifepristone.We observed the effect.Results:The success rate of the included patients was 87.5%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.2%,which improved after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Methotrexate combined with mifepristone is safe and effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
