玻璃体切除术治疗高度近视者视网膜脱离的临床特点分析

Analysis of clinical features of vitrectomy in the treatment of retinal detachment with high myopia patients

目的:探究玻璃体切除术治疗高度近视视网膜脱离的应用价值。方法:2016年9月-2019年5月收治高度近视视网膜脱离患者150例,随机分为两组,各75例。观察组给予玻璃体切除术治疗;对照组给予传统手术治疗。比较两组治疗后视力及眼压水平。结果:观察组治疗后视力和眼压水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高度近视者视网膜脱离患者运用玻璃体切除术治疗,能使患者视力和眼压水平得到显著改善。

Objective:To explore the application value of vitrectomy in the treatment of retinal detachment with high myopia.Methods:From September 2016 to May 2019,150 patients with retinal detachment with high myopia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with vitrectomy and the control group was treated with traditional surgical treatment.After treatment,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure level were compared between the two groups.Results:The visual acuity and intraocular pressure level in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitrectomy can improve the visual acuity and intraocular pressure level of patients with retinal detachment with high myopia.
