热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of reduning combined with gamma globulin on severe viral encephalitis in children

目的:分析热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年3月收治小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组在维持水电解质平衡等基础上使用热毒宁治疗;观察组在此基础上使用热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组发热、昏迷、惊厥消失时间及脑电图、脑脊液恢复正常时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎能显著提高患儿恢复周期。

Objective:To analyze the effect of reduning combined with gamma globulin on severe viral encephalitis in children.Methods:From February 2018 to March 2019,90 children with severe viral encephalitis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reduning on the basis of water electrolyte balance.On this basis,the observation group was treated with reduning combined with gamma globulin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The time of disappearance of fever,coma,convulsion,EEG,CSF return to normal time in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of children with severe viral encephalitis with reduning combined with gamma globulin can significantly improve the recovery period of children.
