颈椎病患者应用中医针灸治疗的有效性及对患者生活质量的影响

The effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis and its impact on patients'quality of life

目的:探究中医针灸治疗颈椎病的有效性及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:2018年2月-2019年1月收治颈椎病患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;研究组应用中医针灸法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率及生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸法治疗颈椎病疗效显著,患者生活质量获得极大提升。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis and its impact on patients'quality of life.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2019,74 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group,the control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine,we compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate and quality of life scores were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis is remarkable,the quality of life of patients has been greatly improved.
