腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用研究

Clinical application of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen

目的:研究腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年1月收治妇科急腹症患者140例,所有患者分别接受腹部超声、阴道超声及腹部超声联合阴道超声检查。比较两种方法单独检测与联合检测诊断符合率。结果:腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的符合率达到95.0%,联合检测诊断准确率高于腹部超声与阴道超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在妇科急腹症临床诊断中,可通过腹部超声联合阴道超声检查,可有效提高临床诊断准确率。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:From June 2017 to January 2019,140 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected.All patients received abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound.We compared the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods single detection and joint detection.Results:The coincidence rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen was 95.0%;The diagnostic accuracy of combined detection was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen,abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
