高血压并糖尿病患者血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the value of blood lipid test in the clinical diagnosis of patients with hypertension and diabetes

目的:分析血脂检验对高血压并糖尿病患者的临床诊断价值。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月选取血脂检测样本2137例,选取高血压并糖尿病患者74例作为观察组,再选择同期健康体检无高血压、糖尿病等基础代谢疾病74例患者作为对照组,分析血脂检验的临床诊断价值。结果:观察组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白等指标高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压并糖尿病患者在临床诊断过程中应用血脂检验有显著临床应用价值,对提高患者在临床诊断期间的准确率有积极影响,能为患者尽早接受治疗提供数据支持。

Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of blood lipid test in patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods:2137 blood lipid samples were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,74 patients with hypertension and diabetes were selected as the observation group,74 patients without hypertension,diabetes and other basic metabolic diseases were selected as the control group,we analyzed the clinical diagnostic value of blood lipid test.Results:The triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,high density lipoprotein was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant clinical application value of blood lipid test in the clinical diagnosis of patients with hypertension and diabetes,it has a positive impact on improving the accuracy of patients during clinical diagnosis,which can provide data support for patients to receive treatment as early as possible.
