康复护理在四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者护理中的应用价值

The application value of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture

目的:探究康复护理在四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者护理中的应用价值。方法:2017年7月-2019年7月收治四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。观察组采用康复护理;对照组选择常规护理干预。比较两组护理满意度、关节功能优良率。结果:观察组护理总满意度优于对照组,观察组关节功能优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者采用康复护理干预措施,可显著改善患者的生活质量,护理满意度极佳,康复速度加快。

Objective:To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture.Methods:92 patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture were selected from July 2017 to July 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.Rehabilitation nursing was used in the observation group,routine nursing intervention was selected in the control group.The nursing satisfaction and excellent rate of joint function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the excellent rate of joint function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing interventions for patients with joint stiffness after limb fractures can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which have excellent nursing satisfaction,and speed up recovery.
