探讨沟通技巧在健康体检护理中的应用

Discussion on the application of communication skills in health examination nursing

目的:探讨沟通技巧在健康体检护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年4月健康体检者188例,随机分为两组,各94例。对照组进行一般身体检查;观察组在体检过程中,护理人员积极与体检者进行沟通。比较两组体检时间与护理满意度。结果:观察组体检时间显著短于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在健康体检护理中应用沟通技巧,可显著缩短体检时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of communication skills in health examination nursing.Methods:188 healthy subjects from August 2018 to April 2019 were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 94 cases in each group.The general physical examination was carried out in the control group,and the nurses actively communicated with the physical examiners in the observation group during the physical examination.We compared physical examination time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The physical examination time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of communication skills in health examination nursing can significantly shorten the time of physical examination and improve nursing satisfaction.
