摘要
目的:研究女性不孕症的生殖系统病因及护理方法。方法:2018年8月-2019年8月收治不孕症患者100例,调查分析不孕症相关影响因素及生殖系统疾病情况。结果:女性生殖系统疾病导致不孕症的常见病有生殖系统感染、输卵管病变、继发性不孕、原发性不孕等;导致不孕症的原因有输卵管病变、内分泌因素及其他因素等。结论:女性不孕症致病因素较多,可能是由一种或多重生殖系统常见病引起;利用有效护理措施可以提高患者孕育概率,改善不孕情况。
Objective:To explore the reproductive system causes of female infertility and the nursing methods.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2019,100 infertile patients were selected,we investigated and analyzed the influencing factors of infertility and reproductive system diseases.Results:The common diseases of infertility caused by female reproductive system diseases included reproductive system infection,fallopian tube disease,secondary infertility,primary infertility and so on;The causes of infertility included fallopian tube diseases,endocrine factors and other factors.Conclusion:There are many pathogenic factors of female infertility,which may be caused by one or more common diseases of reproductive system;Using effective nursing measures can improve the pregnant rate and infertility.
