系统性护理模式在小儿喘息性支气管炎中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of systematic nursing mode in asthmatic bronchitis of children

目的:分析系统性护理模式在小儿喘息性支气管炎中的应用效果。方法:2015年12月-2018年12月收治小儿喘息性支气管炎患儿64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予系统性护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组炎症控制时间、喘息控制时间、生命体征稳定时间均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性护理模式在小儿喘息性支气管炎中应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing mode in asthmatic bronchitis of children.Methods:From December 2015 to December 2018,64 children with asthmatic bronchitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 32 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing;the observation group was given systematic nursing mode.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of inflammation control,wheezing control and vital signs stabilization were all better than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of systematic nursing mode in asthmatic bronchitis of children is significant.
