NSP护士标准化患者引入情景模拟教学在气管切开护理培训中的应用研究

Study on the application of situation simulation teaching in tracheotomy nursing training of standardized patients of NSP nurses

目的:探讨护士标准化患者引入情景模拟教学的演示法在气管切开护理培训中的应用效果。方法:选取我院护理专业实习生100名,分为两组,各50名。对照组采用常规教学法进行带教;研究组采用NSP引入情景模拟教学方法进行带教。比较两组护士理论考试及综合技能考核成绩。结果:两组学生理论考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组综合技能考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:NSP引入情景模拟教学方法在气管切开护理培训中有良好的应用效果。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the demonstration method of standardized nurse patients'introduction of situational simulation teaching in tracheotomy nursing training.Methods:We selected 100 nursing interns in our hospital,they were divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was taught by conventional teaching method,in the research group,NSP was introduced into the teaching method of situational simulation.The scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The comparison of theoretical test scores between the two groups was not significant difference(P<0.05),the scores of comprehensive skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:The teaching method of scenario simulation introduced by NSP has a good effect in tracheotomy nursing training.
