急诊护理流程优化在提高急诊危重症患者抢救效率的价值分析

Analysis of the value of emergency nursing process optimization in improving the rescue efficiency of critical patients

目的:分析急诊患者进行急诊护理流程优化的效果。方法:2016年8月-2019年1月收治急诊危重患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规急诊急救护理措施,试验组应用急诊护理流程优化措施。比较两组抢救成功率和护理满意度。结果:对照组护理满意度和抢救成功率明显低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将急诊护理流程优化措施应用于急诊患者中效果明显更优,不仅护理满意度更高,抢救成功率也更高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency care process optimization for emergency patients.Methods:60 emergency critical patients were selected from August 2016 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing measures,the experimental group carried out the optimization measures of emergency nursing process.The rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction and rescue success rate of the control group were significantly lower than that of the experimental group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is better to apply the optimization measures of emergency nursing process to emergency patients,not only the nursing satisfaction is higher,but the rescue success rate is also higher.
