南方自然疗养因子对接触放射性物质官兵心理健康的影响

Effects of natural convalescent factors on mental health of officers and soldiers exposed to radioactive substances in South China

目的:分析南方自然疗养因子对于有放射性物质接触史官兵心理健康的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年3月接触放射性物质官兵23例,均接受南方自然疗养因子干预治疗。比较干预前后焦虑、抑郁变化。结果:官兵干预后焦虑、抑郁水平均显著降低,且平均生命活力、情绪变化、社会功能、躯体功能均优于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在南方自然疗养因子条件下,接触放射性物质官兵的焦虑、抑郁状态得到显著改善。

Objective:To analyze the effect of natural convalescent factors on the mental health of officers and soldiers with a history of exposure to radioactive substances in South China.Methods:23 officers and soldiers exposed to radioactive substances were selected from January 2017 to March 2018,all of them received the intervention treatment of natural convalescent factors in South China.We compared the changes of anxiety and depression before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the level of anxiety and depression decreased significantly,and the average life vitality,emotional change,social function and physical function were better than before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the condition of natural convalescent factors in South China,the anxiety and depression of soldiers exposed to radioactive substances were significantly improved.
