东莞市社区卫生服务现状分析及问题应对

Analysis of present situation and problems response of community health service in Dongguan City

目的:分析东莞市社区卫生服务现状并针对问题提出应对策略。方法:选取东莞市社区卫生服务中心33个及社区卫生服务站370个,采取资料收集、问卷调查及个别访谈方式,了解东莞社区卫生服务的基本情况,主要包括机构建设、人力资源、业务开展等。结果:东莞卫生服务机构覆盖率达到98.4%;全市社区服务人员约2.12万人,医生0.84万人(40.6%),护理人员0.98万人(46.2%),其余人员约13.2%。在社区医疗基本服务中,主要诊治疾病构成前五位分别为上呼吸道感染、胃炎、气管炎、肠炎及感染性腹泻,约占就诊人数的62.4%。结论:相关调查数据显示,东莞市社区卫生服务体系已经基本形成,为基层医疗服务提供了资源保证。

Objective:To analyze the present situation of community health service in Dongguan city and puts forward some strategies to deal with the problems.Methods:33 community health service centers and 370 community health service stations of Dongguan city were selected,used data collection,questionnaires survey and individual interviews to understand the basic situation of community health services in Dongguan,mainly included institution building,human resources,business development and so on.Results:The coverage rate of health service institutions in Dongguan reached 98.4%;The city's community service staff were about 21,200,doctors were 8400(40.6%),nursing staff were 9800(46.2%)and the rest were 13.2%.Among the basic services of community health care,the top five main diseases were upper respiratory tract infection,gastritis,bronchitis,enteritis and infectious diarrhea,about 62.4%of the number of visits.Conclusion:The relevant survey data showed that the community health service system in Dongguan has been basically formed,which provides resources guarantee for primary medical service.
