摘要
随着铁路建设的发展规划的需要,为避免后期修建铁路时投入较大成本,往往为后期规划铁路预留桥梁。随着铁路建设发展,前期预留铁铁路梁桥得到重新使用,由于预留桥梁修建时间较早,施工技术不规范,支座部位混凝土振捣不密实、支座安装不当或预留时间较长产生收缩徐变,在二期恒载及活载作用下,桥梁发生易产生病害。针对成都枢纽成都西环线增建二线上跨IT大道连续梁的桥病害整治及荷载试验,对预留连续梁桥的病害进行了分析和探讨,通过荷载试验对整治效果进行了验证,供同类预留桥梁支座产生病害处理参考。
With the development of the railway construction and the need for planning,it is often necessary to reserve the bridge for the later-planned railway in order to avoid the large investment in the later construction of the railway.With the development of the railway construction,the pre-reserved iron-railway girder bridge has been re-used.Due to the construction time of the reserved bridge is relatively early,the construction technology is not standardized,the concrete at the support is not compacted,the mounting of the support is not properly,or the loner reserved time produces shrinkage and creep.Under the effect of the second-stage dead load and the live load,the bridge generation is easy to produce the damage.In view of the bridge damage treatment and load test of the continuous beam on the second line at the second line of the Chengdu West Ring Road,the damage of the reserved continuous girder bridge was carried out.Through the analysis and discussion,the control effect is verified by the load test,so as to provide the reference for the damage treatment of the similar type of reserved bridge support.
