摘要 在桥梁工程中混凝土裂缝一直是困扰相关技术人员的一大难题。随着桥梁工程及其相关施工技术的不断发展及进步,预应力混凝土T梁施工已逐渐成为了我国当前桥梁工程中主流的施工方式。但是在T梁实际施工过程中,时常会因为混凝土T梁截面不均匀收缩、结构整体降温、预应力损失和结构多余约束等不利因素的综合作用,使混凝土T梁在腹板产生纵向、斜向或者竖向的裂缝,其中竖向裂缝最为常见。这就要求相关施工技术人员必须结合预应力混凝土T梁现实施工的具体情况,实施行之有效的管理措施,控制T梁裂缝病害。否则,随着裂缝的发展,就会极大地减短T梁整体结构的使用寿命,甚至可能造成巨大的经济损失及安全事故。鉴于此,相关技术人员必须要重视预应力混凝土T梁施工技术的研究,通过荷载试验有效检测裂缝对结构受力的响应情况及桥梁的安全性,找出导致裂缝产生的原因,并制定针对性的处理方案加以解决,以真正提高T梁桥的质量及安全性,推动我国桥梁事业实现更加快速稳健的发展。 Concrete cracks in bridge engineering have always been a major problem for the relevant technical personnel.Under the background of continuous development and progress of bridge engineering and related construction technology,prestressed concrete T-beam construction has gradually become the mainstream construction method in China's current bridge engineering,but in the actual construction process of T-beam,due to the combined effects of uneven constriction of T-beam section,overall structural cooling,pre-stress loss and excessive constraints on the structural,concrete T-beam has longitudinal,oblique or vertical cracks in the web,of which vertical cracks are the most common.This requires relevant construction technicians to implement effective management measures in accordance with the actual construction conditions of prestressed concrete T beams to control T beam cracks.Otherwise,as the crack develops,the service life of the T-beam overall structure will be greatly reduced,and even huge economic losses and safety accidents may be caused.In view of this,relevant technical personnel must increase the research on the construction technology of prestressed concrete T-beams,and effectively test the response of cracks to structural forces and the safety of bridges through load tests,find out the causes of cracks,and formulate the targeted treatment plan to solved them,so as to truly improve the quality and safety of the T-beam bridge and promote the faster and more stable development of the bridge industry in China.
