摘要 结合跨津蓟高速连续梁工程实例针对高铁大跨连续梁施工关键技术展开论述及研究。首先对连续梁工程概况进行简要叙述,接着分析大跨连续梁施工过程中质量控制的要点,最后从钢筋绑扎及安装、混凝土浇筑和养护、张拉施工、连续转体施工、综合接地五个方面对高铁大跨连续梁施工的关键技术进行了针对性分析研究,通过分析研究高铁大跨连续梁施工的关键技术可以更好掌握此类工程施工的重点及关键点,从而确保高铁大跨连续梁的高效优质施工,并为后续类似工程施工积累经验。 Taking the Jinjin high-speed continuous beam project as example,a detailed discussion and research on the key technologies for the construction of long-span continuous beams of high-speed railway was carried out.Firstly,a brief description of the continuous beam project was introduced.Then,the keys points of quality control during the construction of long-span continuous beams were analyzed.Finally,the key technologies for construction of long span continuous beam of high speed railway were analyzed and researched from the reinforcement and installation of steel bars,concrete pouring and maintenance,tensioning construction,continuous turning construction,and comprehensive grounding.By analyzing these key technologies,the key points of such engineering construction can be better grasped,so as to ensure the high-efficiency and high-quality construction of high-speed rail long-span continuous beams,and accumulate experience for subsequent similar projects.
