皖北旅游发展中低碳旅游评价体系的构建与应用

Construction and Application of Low-carbon Tourism Evaluation System in Northern Anhui Tourism Development

随着全球范围内气候变暖趋势的增强,生态环境恶化成为当下人类发展面临的主要困境。在此背景下,“高能耗、高排放、高污染”作为目前社会中各行各业发展亟需解决的问题,不少研究者对此提出了低碳化发展的理论模式。就现阶段而言,我国的低碳化发展模式仍然处于初级阶段,低碳旅游更是相关产业改革以及消费者行为模式转变的一大难题。以淮北地区为例,对其低碳旅游发展水平在皖北旅游发展中的情况进行剖析,并根据其现阶段的低碳水平提出相应的整改建议,以期为该地区以及全国低碳旅游发展模式的优化提供参考依据。

With the increasing trend of global warming,the deterioration of ecological environment has become the main dilemma the human development is facing.In this context,“high energy consumption,high emissions,high pollution”is an urgent problem that need to be solved in the development of various industries in the society.Many researchers have proposed a theoretical model of low carbon development.At this stage,China's low-carbon development model is still in its infancy,and low-carbon tourism is a major problem in the reform of related industries and the transformation of consumer behavior patterns.Taking Huaibei area as an example,the development level of low-carbon tourism in the development of tourism in northern Hebei was analyzed in this paper,and corresponding rectification suggestions according to its current low carbon level were proposed,with a view to providing reference for the optimization of the region and the national low-carbon tourism development model.
