摘要
高校在推进教育信息化建设过程中,将传统媒体、网络媒体、手机媒体有机融合,构建出高等教育融媒体生态,承担起思想政治、在线课程、实习实训、创新创业、卫生健康、人文素养等多项教学任务。然而,调查发现因大学生的性别、年级、使用操作系统等因素交互作用,融媒体受众使用体验差异显著。研发机构利益意图明显、管理部门服务意识淡薄、媒体受众使用意愿低糜,多方原因阻碍了高等教育信息、教育资源和教育服务的顺畅传播。进一步通过聚类分析得知受众对融媒体的安全性、实用性、纯洁度、便捷性需求迫切。为匹配供需结构,提出疏通高等教育融媒体传播阻碍的供给侧相关改进措施和建议,促进优质教育资源共享,提高教育信息传播效率。
In the process of promoting the construction of education informatization,colleges and universities integrate traditional media,online media,and mobile media organically to build a higher education media convergence ecosystem,and undertake ideological and political,online courses,practical training,innovation and entrepreneurship,health,and humanities and many other teaching tasks.However,the survey found that due to the interaction of college students'gender,grade,operating system and other factors,the audience experience of using media is significantly different.R&D institutions have obvious interest intentions,weak management service awareness,and low willingness of audiences to use media.A variety of reasons have hindered the smooth dissemination of higher education information,education resources,and education services.It is further learned through cluster analysis that the audiences has urgent needs for the security,practicality,purity,and convenience of the media.In order to match the structure of supply and demand,supply-side related improvement measures and suggestions to unblock higher education and media transmission barriers were proposed to promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources and improve the efficiency of educational information dissemination.
